Speculative house builders, going under the name of Bushwood, have put forward proposals to concrete over 800 acres of our Green Belt. Following the recent Public Meetings in both Caddington and Slip End the message from the Residents was clear and unambiguous; Bushwood you are just not wanted.

But most importantly, write to Lachlan Robertson, Joint Technical Unit, Regis House, 960 Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3PE stressing your opposition to Bushwood and pointing out the Transport chaos this development would bring and how strongly you feel about keeping our Green Belt. Clearly point out that you have made a deliberate choice to live in a village, not a town and that you do not want to be forced to live in a town because of urban sprawl.
